I read your article and found it pretty interesting and useful. My site has been up since June of this year and it has been slowly gaining momentum in the tech startup community. I want to start charging posters $20 to post but I don't think I've attracted enough eyes to my site yet to flip that switch. I agree there really isn't a good site for startups to attract good qualified local employees and it is my intention to fill that cavity. That's why I started http://www.startupers.com and recently started posting resumes only of people with experience working in tech startups.
